Free college trunk of items<\/strong> for high school seniors going to college in the fall.\u00a0 If you know a graduating high school senior, in the Chicagoland area, who can verify they will be attending college this fall\u00a0 and would like to receive a trunk of items to have for school, contact the Jesse White Foundation Office (email: jwtrunkparty@gmail.com or call (312) 943-4846) to get an application. Trunks will be distributed this week so act fast!<\/p>\n

Grocery tax relief.<\/strong> The Illinois 1% sales tax on groceries is suspended through June 30, 2023. When grocery shopping, make sure that you are not charged taxes.<\/p>\n
