Holy Week (The Week Before Easter)*<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The week preceding Easter is called Holy Week. Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, the celebration of Jesus Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem<\/a>. On Maundy Thursday is the commemoration of the Last Supper<\/a> when Jesus shared the Passover meal with his disciples on the night before he was crucified. Jesus\u2019 death by crucifixion<\/a> is commemorated on Good Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
