Today is Children’s Day! <\/strong>Let’s encourage, equip and teach our children about the love of Christ! They are depending on us to show them the way. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 22, 2025, we honored the Ushers and their ministry<\/strong> of faithful service to the members, family, friends and guests. Thank you and we appreciate all you do to make us welcomed, comfortable and encouraging us as we enter the doors of the church. The speaker for the day was Rev. Evelyn Tolliver. Father\u2019s Day<\/strong> was held on Sunday, June 15, 2025. The Langley Women’s Ministry honored all 7 men of the safety team for their faithfulness in serving the congregation. Each person received a gift and was honored with a plaque with all of their names listed. The plaque will be hung in the sanctuary. The scripture on the plaque reads…He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. – Psalm 91:4<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

You’re invited to a celebration, filled with fun, fellowship, and food with friends and family. We look forward to seeing you there! Location: 83rd and Western, We will serve food under the pavilion and we will be located in Grove #04. Hours 9AM-Dusk. Bring your tables, chairs, and tents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you a graduate this year? We are collecting names, school and graduation information. The Graduates will be honored at the 4th of July Picnic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attention Seniors over 65 years of age! You can still sign up for the next class with Terrie Basley and the tech team. The class will help you become more familiar with how to use your cell phone, safety features and the internet. just to name a few topics. Classes will begin 15 minutes after morning worship service in the lower level of the church. Join in and bring your fully charged cell phone.
