Beloved Church, <\/strong>As we complete these 40 days of fasting and praying, we thank God for meeting us in prayer, repentance and surrender. In scripture, 40 days marked preparation and transformation\u2014as seen in the life of Jesus Christ (Matthew 4:1-2). What God has begun in us, He will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIs this not the fast that I have chosen..to break every yoke?\u201d \u2013 Isaiah 58:6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us not return to old patterns, but walk forward renewed, disciplined, and expectant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fast may be ending, but the fire must continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.\u201d \u2013 Isaiah 40:31<\/strong>

We will look forward to the will of the Lord manifesting in our lives during the year. He will lead us and we will follow. \u2014 Psalm 32:8<\/strong>

As Christians, let\u2019s establish goals that focus on deepening our faith, such as daily prayer, Bible study, and church involvement, while also serving others through acts of kindness and strengthening relationships, all motivated by a desire to honor God and grow closer to Jesus. Key areas could include spiritual disciplines (prayer, scripture), serving the community (kindness, volunteering), and pursuing holiness (patience, forgiveness, love). Success comes from asking God for strength, not just making resolutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
