Reflection: <\/strong>Ushering is a ministry that is more than seating a member or taking up a collection. It is a ministry of helping. 1 Corinthians 12:28 states, “And God has placed in the church\u00a0first of all apostles,\u00a0second prophets,\u00a0third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing,\u00a0of helping, of guidance,\u00a0and of different kinds of tongues.”<\/em>\u00a0 This group is important to the kingdom. What can we learn from ushers? As we reflect on our Usher Board’s 50 Year Celebration, think about how you serve others.<\/p>\n
