Palm Sunday History:
\n<\/strong>Palm Sunday<\/strong>, also called\u00a0Passion Sunday<\/strong>, in the Christian tradition, the first day of\u00a0Holy Week\u00a0and the Sunday before\u00a0Easter, commemorating\u00a0<\/span>Jesus Christ\u2019s\u00a0triumphal entry into\u00a0Jerusalem. It is associated in many churches with the blessing and procession of\u00a0<\/span>palms\u00a0(leaves of the\u00a0date palm\u00a0or twigs from locally available trees). *******<\/p>\n
