Leak Funeral Home Sis. LouAnna Lewis was a faithful member of the Langley Avenue Church of God, Chicago, Illinois.\u00a0 She served on various ministries to help others to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior.\u00a0 Some of the ministries that she served on included the Prayer Ministry, Ladies Auxiliary, Langley Ave Senior Choir, Senior Usher Board and Prison Ministry.\u00a0 She was a faithful prayer warrior and shared her creative gifts planning the Usher’s Christmas Luncheon, and winning souls for Christ in her community and in the Prison Ministry in Chicago and the State of\u00a0 Illinois. We will miss her dearly!<\/p>\n Pastor Cynthia Thomas and the entire Langley Church Family send our sincere condolences to the Lewis, Green and Wideman family, friends and the saints of God that knew her well. Please know that we will continue to pray for the extended family as you mourn the loss of your beloved mother, grandmother and our beloved sister in Christ.<\/p>\n \u201cHe will wipe every tear from their eyes.
