Reflection: During this time of COVID-19, it is easy to have feelings of frustration because we are stuck in our homes, in our career, in our relationships, and even in our faith. It may feel like you are not moving forward in life. Know that God is always moving on your behalf. He is behind the scene orchestrating something good for you. If you are unsure, remember, that God has given us many examples (in the word of God) of what to say and do during uncertain times. In these times, God wants us to put our faith into action. Acts chapter 2 gives a timeless example for the Church today and generations to follow. Reflect on a sermon you’ve heard that caused you to put your faith into action. What was it about? What was the action you took? What have you been reading in the Word of God that is causing you to take action in this specific time in our history?
Acts 1:8 (NIV)
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Luke 19:10 (NIV)
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Stay prayerful and read the following daily:
