85 Reasons to Be Thankful This Thanksgiving.*

Gratitude is good for you. There are so many things to be thankful for that this list is only the beginning!

From seasonal lattes to colorful leaves, there’s nothing quite like fall. Although we may miss the warmer weather, this season of harvest and plenty reminds us that there are so many things to be grateful for! An attitude of gratitude is a powerful mental tool to practice positivity and increase our feelings of well being, even with the daylight waning. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to remember things to be grateful for every day. For the complete list, click here.

The Giving Ministry Group recently collected adult male and female winter garments. Donations were provided to the United African Organization. On Sunday, November 3rd we honored and celebrated Reverend Cynthia Thomas on her 13th Pastoral Anniversary. Our special guest speaker was Reverend DeAnna Gibson, an Ordained Minister of the Church of God Ministries. Her home church is the First Church of God in Gary, IN. Rev. Mass Blackout, November 25th – December 2nd. This is anticipated to be the largest economic blackout protest in U.S. History!
