African American Women Christian Leaders**
In honor of March, we are spotlighting influential African American Christian leaders each Sunday. Today’s focus is on two trailblazing women whose contributions have blessed believers everywhere. They are- Rev. Dr. Katie Geneva Cannon (1950–2018): A foundational womanist theologian and the first African American woman ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and Rev. Dr. Katie GenRev. Prathia Hall (1940–2002): A noted theologian and civil rights leader who served with the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC).
