NIYC Virtual Service Schedule
“MINISTRY UNDER 30” – Dec 27th @ 6:30pm EST
This session is to help you understand YOUR assignment in ministry! Howard Thurman says don’t ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive because what the world needs are people who come alive. What makes you come alive in ministry: chaplaincy, counseling, non-profit, academia, parish? Because the last thing we need are pastors throwing in the towel because they are in the right field but the wrong lane of ministry. We have too many churches, but not enough ministry! We cannot bring tall-steeple ministry models to a meta-verse generation of church. Our forefathers & foremothers ran multiple services, we need multiple servers – they preached from one platform – we preach on multiple platforms! Lord, help us! Let’s talk!

“SHE LEADS” – Dec 28th @ 6:30pm EST
God called women in the Bible to lead. Women continue to serve and lead in the name of the Lord to this day. What is it like to be a woman in leadership? Listen to a panel of women in diverse church leadership roles share their experiences and advice.

“LET’S TALK” – Dec 29th @ 6:30pm EST
First ever conversation of young leaders across all Church of God (Anderson) groups. NIYC, IYC, Spanish Concilio and Native American Ministries
In Romans 12: 1-2 Paul pleads with his readers to avoid the pressure to conform to the world and its culture. The challenge, of course, is how does the church actually do this? In this panel discussion, this multi-racial, ethnic and gender group of young leaders across the Church of God (Anderson) will have a courageous dialogue about what they’re seeing in the world, church (abroad and local) concerning racism, sexism, many other “isms” and what they feel the Lord is calling them and their group to do in this season and beyond.
