This last week of March we will learn about several church of God phenomenal women. They are: Jillian Quainoo, RDN; Miyoshi Days, Menstrual Cycle Coach, Advocate, and Founder of Hate the Dot; and Angelica Mascall, Event Planner and Designer.
Jillian Quainoo, RDN is a registered dietitian, wholistic health coach, and author with a mission to equip African Americans with the skills to be healthy in all aspects of their lives.
She has spoken at national conferences, shared her knowledge through professional continuing educational workshops, led events at schools, and continually provides her knowledge on national faith platforms. For more information about Representative Bush, click here.
She uses a “guilt free” approach to health coaching, focusing on nutrition, self care strategies, and cultural storytelling. You can connect with Jillian HERE. **
Miyoshi Days is a menstrual cycle coach, advocate, and founder of Hate the Dot.
Hate the Dot’s mission is to turn menstrual cycles into self-care practices through education and advocacy. Miyoshi helps women utilize their menstrual period and menstrual health to create self-care routines that help them live lives full of ease, certainty, and confidence.
Hate the Dot’s events and educational content gives women a safe space to ask and answer questions about their bodies and reproductive health that they’re too afraid to ask anyone else.
Over the years, Miyoshi (and her work) has been featured in dozens of publications such as Teen Vogue, NBC, and News12. Connect w/ Miyoshi HERE.
Angelica Mascall is a happy wife and mother of 2 sweet girls, Averie and Ryann. If she is not designing, you’ll most likely catch her singing Disney or a ballad from a Broadway musical.
Angelica always had a love for the Event Planning & Design Industry. In 2021, she was introduced to the world of balloons and created her first garland for her daughter’s 1st birthday. Later that year, Little Light Events was created.
Event Design can easily be seen as simply making things pretty. But Little Light Events believes in the the importance of taking a moment to celebrate your accomplishments. Angelica dedicates her service to illuminating each clients celebration no matter the size. Connect w/ Angelica HERE.
