Reflection: We are living in unusual and trying times. Now, more than ever, it is important to focus on gratitude- the practice of noticing and being thankful for what is valuable and meaningful to you. It’s good for your mental and physical health. It is equally good for your relationship with God. God has been faithful to us, keeping us safe from harm or danger. He has also provided us with our “needs” and some of our “wants.” We have a lot to be thankful for. What are some of the ways God has been good to you and your family? Take time this week to reflect, relax, and recharge. Celebrate virtually with family and friends. Share your gratitude with your loved ones.
