To My Langley Church Family,
Thank you for sharing in the celebration of Dorothy’s life. Your prayers, kindness, compassion, and support helped make a difficult time easier to face. May God bless you and your family. –The Family of Rev. M. Dorothy C. Gillespie
Tithes & Offerings: At this time, we are asking that you give your tithes and offerings through Bill Pay only. Please do not mail or drop off your tithes and offering. Bill Pay can be set up through your bank (please call, go online, or visit your bank to establish this payment system). Thank you!
Reflection: A songwriter wrote: “Every day is a day of Thanksgiving. God’s been so good to me. Every day He’s blessing me!” Is He blessing you and your family? As we continue to reflect on God and His word, continue to count your blessings, daily. Name them one by one! Count your many blessings– see what God has done in your life. Do not take any day, blessing, miracle for granted. God, in His infinite mercy and grace, allows you to experience the fullness of joy in your walk with Him. He’s that kind of friend and father. He’ll never forsake you. All you have to do is trust and obey. For there’s no other way, to be happy in Jesus! That beautiful name…Jesus!! There’s something about the name..Jesus! It is the sweetest name…I know. Blessings to you!
Ephesians 1:3 (NIV)
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.”
2 Corinthians 9:8-10 (NIV)
“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures forever. Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.”
