Reflection: Let’s praise the Lord for another year! Praise him! God is faithful and worthy to be praised. We are embarking on another year and a new beginning to serve with joy and thanksgiving. To God be the glory for everything that he has brought us through and he will continue to lead and guide us. As we begin our fast and prayer time we can center our mind and heart with God. We don’t know what this year will bring, but we know that God is with us to carry us through. We love you Lord and will continue to serve you and your people with joy. Remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength. Be blessed.
Isaiah 42:9 (NIV)
“See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.”
Psalm 18:1-2 (NIV)
“I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
Stay prayerful and read the following daily:
Psalm 91
